Looking for a brand new apartment?

Looking for a brand new apartment in Dallas?

Dallas - Fort Worth is the fastest growing metropolitan area in the country and it had 74 new apartment communities come online in 2016 with an average of about 325 rentals per community. That is a little over 24,000 new apartment rentals added to this wonderfully-booming metroplex. There are some new residents that we can thank for this massive increase in demand for more apartments. State Farm, Ratheon, Toyota, Fed Ex, Emerson, and the list just goes on and on. They have contributed to the influx of new residents to the Dallas area, and there are more on the horizon.

The areas mostly affected by the demand are Downtown and Collin County. The revitalization of West Dallas has taken center stage for those who are wanting to move closer to downtown Dallas which includes the Design and Medical Districts. Also the Knox Henderson and Old East Dallas areas that have been receiving a lot of overflow from the demand for Uptown Dallas and all that it offers. In spite of all of these bustling areas they fail in comparison to all of the new construction in the Plano, Richardson, Mckinney, and Allen areas which happens to be where all of the companies mentioned above are moving their corporate headquarters.
